When you participate (vote, comment, suggest), we collect: the public handle you submit with, the content you post, timestamps, and basic device/browser metadata (IP, user agent) used for abuse prevention. We do not sell personal data.

To run the participatory process, tally votes, prevent fraud, attribute credit to top contributors, and improve the studio. Aggregated, non-identifying insights may be shared with the brand featured in a build.

CREDIT & ATTRIBUTION
If your idea is selected and built, your public handle may be credited inside the final ad and on this site. You may opt out of credit at any time by emailing us before publication.

We use minimal first-party storage to remember your session and lightweight analytics to count page views. No third-party advertising trackers.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. EU/UK users have rights under GDPR; California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Email us to exercise them.
